About Offerdriveline Cleaning in Brisbane
Offerdriveline is a Brisbane cleaning company built around a simple idea: tell people exactly what you will do, charge a flat rate, then actually do it well. Nine years in, most of our work still comes from customers who found us once and never looked for anyone else.
Where it started
Two people, one van and a very full diary
Daniel Whitcombe and Sofia Marchetti started Offerdriveline in 2016 after watching too many renters lose bond money on cleaning jobs that were billed as thorough and then done in a hurry. They bought a used van, printed some cards, and started knocking on doors around Fortitude Valley and Newstead.
The first six months were basically one long learning curve. They learned which products worked on Brisbane's hard water, how long a proper bond clean actually takes when nobody is cutting corners, and why a written checklist saves everyone an argument later.
That checklist is still the backbone of how the business runs today. Everything we quote, we list. Everything we list, we do.

What we believe
The three rules we never break
Every cleaning business says the same things on their website. These are the ones we actually hold ourselves to when nobody is watching.
Say what you will do
Every quote comes with a written list of what is included. No vague promises about "a thorough clean". Just the specific tasks we will complete before we leave.
Turn up when you said
If we are booked for Tuesday at 9, we are there Tuesday at 9. If something changes, you hear from us before it happens, not after you have been waiting an hour.
Fix what we missed
We are human and sometimes miss a spot. If you tell us within 48 hours, we come back and sort it out at no cost. No arguing, no excuses.
How we run the business
Small teams, familiar faces
We deliberately keep our crews small so the same people go back to the same properties. Nobody has to re-explain where the bins go or which cupboard holds the vacuum.

Handles quotes, scheduling and the awkward phone calls. Started the business in 2016 and still cleans jobs when the schedule gets tight.

Residential team lead
Co-founder and the person who wrote the bond clean checklist we still use. Knows what property managers look for and where they look first.
Aaron Ngata
Commercial team lead
Runs the after-hours office crews across the CBD and inner suburbs. Ten years in commercial cleaning before joining us in 2020.
Rachel Emmerson
Client care
Answers the emails, moves bookings around when something comes up, and checks with customers after bigger jobs to make sure everything landed right.
How we got here
Nine years in order
2016
Started with one van
Two people, one vehicle and a phone number written on the side. First customers were renters in Fortitude Valley.
2018
First office contract
A Newstead design studio asked if we could clean their workspace after hours. That one booking turned into five referrals.
2021
Grew to 14 cleaners
Hired steadily through a rough couple of years and kept everyone on when a lot of other operators were letting crews go.
2024
Opened the Wickham Street office
Moved out of a spare room and into a proper base in Fortitude Valley. Walk-ins welcome, coffee is decent.

About the company
We are privately owned and operated. Daniel and Sofia started the business in 2016 and still run it day to day. You will not be dealing with a call centre in another state.
No. Everyone who works for Offerdriveline is on our payroll and has been police-checked before their first job. We do not farm jobs out to third parties, which is one reason we can stand behind the quality.
Most of our work sits within about 10 km of the CBD, including Fortitude Valley, Newstead, Teneriffe, Ascot, Bowen Hills, Woolloongabba and the surrounding suburbs. If you are not sure whether we reach you, send an enquiry and we will tell you straight.
Yes on both counts. Public liability cover is held across all jobs and every cleaner has a current police check. If you want to see either before booking, just ask and we will send copies through.
