Within 2 hours
Standard requests sent during business hours get a reply within a couple of hours, even if it is only to confirm we read it and ask a follow-up question.

Same day for quotes
If the job is straightforward, you will have a fixed price back the same day. Bigger commercial enquiries with site visits can take two or three days.

Next morning if after hours
Anything sent after 7pm gets picked up first thing the next morning. Weekend enquiries get answered on Monday before the schedule fills up.

Things customers ask us most
"How soon can someone come out?"
For apartments and offices inside the metro area we can usually get someone in the same week. Bond cleans usually book 3 to 5 days ahead. If it is urgent, call us and we will see what we can shuffle.
"Can I book outside business hours?"
Yes. After-hours cleaning for offices starts from 6pm and runs until late. Weekend bookings are available at a small surcharge for regular customers and no surcharge for bond cleans booked in advance.
"Do I need to be there?"
Not for regular bookings. Most clients who work weekdays leave us a key, lockbox code or building access and we let ourselves in. You get a message when the crew is done.

Before you call
Useful things to have ready
If you can answer these four things on the first call, we will usually be able to give you a fixed price on the spot.
Bedrooms and bathrooms for apartments, or square metres and desk count for offices. If you do not know the exact square metres, a rough guess plus the number of rooms is close enough.
Most of our work sits within about 10 km of the CBD. If you are further out, we can still help but there may be a small mileage charge. Knowing the suburb up front means the quote you get back is the actual price.
Regular bookings are cheaper per visit than one-offs because the crew gets familiar with the place. If you are unsure, start with a one-off and switch to a schedule afterwards. No penalty either way.
If you have a move-out date, an inspection or an event coming up, tell us when you call. We will work backwards from that date and tell you honestly whether we can slot it in. Half the enquiries we get are end-of-lease jobs with a hard deadline, so we are used to it.
Pets, tricky parking, a building intercom that needs a code, or a last-minute change to the layout. Mention it up front and the crew shows up prepared. Small details save a lot of hassle on the day. Full terms of service sit in our Terms and Conditions.
