Office and Commercial Cleaning
Offerdriveline cleans offices, clinics and showrooms across Brisbane after hours, so your team walks into a tidy room in the morning. We quote per visit, supply the consumables and keep one contact for the whole contract.
- After-hours crews, so nobody is working around a vacuum at 2pm
- Consumables, sanitiser and bin liners included in the per visit rate
- One account manager and a monthly written report for your records
Built around how your floor actually gets used
A reception area takes a beating that a comms room does not, so we split every office into zones and give each zone its own scope. High-traffic areas get vacuumed and spot-mopped nightly, meeting rooms get the table and glass done, and storage or comms rooms get a lighter fortnightly pass. You approve the zone list before the first invoice, and we adjust it when your layout changes.
- Workstations and shared desks wiped, keyboards left alone unless you ask
- Kitchen and breakout areas, including benches, sinks, fridges and the microwave nobody wants to touch
- Bathrooms restocked and sanitised on every visit, touchpoints included
- Bin runs to your building's waste room, liners replaced and cardboard flattened
Nightly service
Five or six nights a week, after your last staff member swipes out. Same crew, same route, same result.
Three nights a week
Suits smaller practices and clinics. We deep clean the kitchen midweek and do a full floor pass on Fridays.
One off builders clean
Fit-out dust, sticker residue and paint splatter removed before you hand the keys to the tenants.
Contracts that renew because nothing slips
Commercial cleaning goes wrong in small ways, like a bin missed, a bathroom restock forgotten, or a new cleaner who does not know the alarm code. We built the office side of the business around those three problems. Crews are assigned to fixed routes, consumable levels are logged on a tablet each night, and any site note goes into a shared log that both the crew and your contact can read.
Fixed crews, not casuals
The people on your floor are rostered to your building. They know the code, the lift and which door sticks.
Digital site log
Every visit is signed off with photos of anything unusual, visible to your facilities contact the next morning.
Consumables monitored
Paper, soap and liners are checked every night and topped up before you run out, billed at cost.
Insured and compliant
Public liability, workers compensation and safe work method statements are on file and can be sent to your WHS officer.
Per visit pricing, with no lock-in past thirty days
The rates below assume a clean after 6pm and a site inside fifteen kilometres of the Brisbane CBD. Larger floors, medical waste and weekend work are quoted after a walkthrough.
Small office
- Vacuum and mop all floor areas
- Kitchen, bathroom and bin run
- Touchpoint sanitising
- Consumables restocked
Mid-size office
- Everything in the small office scope
- Meeting rooms, glass tables and whiteboards
- Internal glass and entry doors
- Two bathroom blocks serviced
- Monthly carpet spot clean
Multi-floor contract
- Up to four levels plus stairwells
- Dedicated day porter for two hours
- Waste room and recycling management
- Monthly report and site review
Strip and seal, window cleaning above ground floor and medical waste removal sit outside these rates. We list them separately so there are no surprises on the first invoice.
Six steps from first call to first clean
Most Brisbane offices are up and running within a fortnight. Complex sites with security induction take a little longer.
Walkthrough
We spend half an hour on site with your facilities contact, counting desks, bathrooms and bin points.
Scope and quote
You get a zone-by-zone scope and a per visit rate in writing, usually within two business days.
Agreement and insurance
We send the service agreement along with certificates of currency for your records.
Access and induction
Alarm codes, keys and swipe passes are collected and logged. Crews complete your building induction.
First clean and QA
A supervisor attends the first night to check the crew works to the agreed scope rather than to habit.
Review and adjust
After thirty days we go through the log together and change visit frequency or scope where it makes sense.
