Every recurring clean covers the same core list of tasks, so you can compare our quote against anyone else's without guessing what is missing. Here is what sits inside the standard rate.
These are quoted separately because they take time and equipment that the standard rate does not cover. Ask for them when you book and they get folded into the flat price, no surprises later.
A few things worth knowing before you compare us to another quote.
For scheduled cleans you get a fixed number before we arrive. If the job takes longer than expected, we absorb the difference. What you were quoted is what you pay.
Travel within 15 km of the Brisbane CBD is included. Outside that we add a small mileage charge, and you see the exact amount on the quote before you confirm.
Weekly bookings save 10-15% against one-offs. Sign up for a long-term commercial contract and we can sharpen the rate further. Ask us when you enquire.
We invoice once the job is done and checked. Bank transfer, card or direct debit on commercial accounts, whichever suits. No deposits for regular customers.
Cancel or move a booking up to 24 hours ahead at no cost. Inside 24 hours we charge half the booked rate because the crew's day cannot be reshuffled that fast. Full details sit in our Refund Policy.
Everything is covered by public liability insurance and a 48-hour re-clean promise. If something is not right, we come back and sort it out. The terms sit in our Terms and Conditions.
