These terms in plain English
These terms apply whenever Offerdriveline Pty Ltd provides cleaning to a residential or commercial property in Brisbane. By booking a job you accept them. If something here does not match what we agreed in writing, the written quote wins.
Quotes and booking
Quotes are fixed for standard jobs described accurately at the time of booking. If the property turns out to be larger or dirtier than described, we will tell you before starting and give you a revised figure.
- A booking is confirmed once you accept the quote in writing or by reply to our email.
- Some jobs need a deposit. We will say so in the quote.
- Prices include GST unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations and access
Give us at least twenty-four hours notice to cancel or move a booking. Later cancellations may attract a fee of fifty dollars to cover the crew travel and the lost time slot.
You need to give us safe access to the property, working power and water, and clear information about alarms, pets and parking. If we cannot get in, the visit is treated as a late cancellation.
What we do and what we do not promise
We clean to the written scope for the job. We do not promise removal of permanent staining, old water damage, paint on glass, or marks that sit below the surface of a material.
We are not a pest control, mould remediation or asbestos service. If we find something outside our scope we will stop and tell you rather than guess.
Liability
We carry public liability insurance and will cover damage caused by our own negligence, up to the limit of that policy. Report any damage within seven days of the visit so we can inspect it.
We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost rent or lost business, or for items of unusual value left in an accessible spot without being pointed out to us.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your booking is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
