The same written checklist, every single apartment
Nothing about an apartment clean is improvised. Offerdriveline works from a room-by-room sheet that lists what gets scrubbed, what gets wiped and what gets left alone. You see the sheet before we start, so there is no arguing later about a window track or the inside of an oven. If your agent has a condition report, we read it first and tick off the same items they will.

Offerdriveline started with one cleaner and a hatchback doing bond cleans around Fortitude Valley. We now run six vans, but every crew member is still police-checked, insured and trained on the same checklist before they touch a client's key. Most of our work comes from tenants who got their bond back and then told their property manager.

Every cleaner holds a current national police certificate and is covered by twenty million dollars of public liability cover.

We use low-fume, biodegradable solutions unless you ask for something stronger for mould or grease.
Flat rates, quoted before we arrive
Every figure below is the total you pay, GST included. Travel inside the Brisbane ring is free. If the job turns out smaller than we quoted, we adjust the invoice down, not up.

Carpet steam cleaning is quoted separately by our partner at thirty-eight dollars per room. Tell us if your agent needs a receipt for it.

You will always know what happens next and roughly when. If anything shifts, we call rather than send an automated text.

Tell us the suburb, the number of bedrooms and whether it is a bond clean. A photo of the kitchen helps more than a paragraph.
Written quote
You get a fixed price and a time window by email, usually within two hours during business hours.
Confirm and lock in
Pay a fifty dollar deposit, or nothing at all if you are a returning client. The slot is yours either way.
Clean by zone
The crew works top to bottom, room by room, ticking the sheet as they go.
Detail pass
A second pair of eyes checks corners, tracks, glass and anything the first pass marked red.
Handover and photos
We walk you through the result, send photos for your agent and invoice the agreed amount.
