Who this policy covers
Offerdriveline Pty Ltd runs this website and provides apartment and office cleaning across Brisbane. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the site, ask for a quote or book a clean, and what we do with it afterwards.
You can reach us at 540 Wickham Street, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006, Australia, by phone on +61 7 4928 6153 or by email at offerdriveline@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Contact details such as your name, phone number, email address and the address of the property we are cleaning.
- Booking details including the date, the service you picked and any notes you leave about pets, parking or access.
- Payment information handled by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
- Basic technical data such as browser type and pages viewed, gathered through cookies.
Why we use it
We use your details to prepare a quote, schedule the crew, send an invoice and follow up on the job. We also use booking history to keep regular clients on the same roster.
With your consent we may send occasional reminders or seasonal offers. You can opt out of those messages at any time by replying to any email or calling the office.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum needed with the cleaners doing the work, our payment processor and our accounting software provider. Carpet steam cleaning partners receive the address and time slot only.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass it to advertisers.
Storage and security
Records are stored on Australian servers with access limited to staff who need them. Keys collected for a job are tagged by job number rather than address and returned or destroyed once the contract ends.
We keep booking and invoice records for seven years to meet tax requirements, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask for a correction or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Send the request to offerdriveline@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty days.
If you are unhappy with how we handled a request, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
